Arthur Langford III is the Associate Director of Contracts at Raytheon Saudi Arabia based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.  He was licensed and ordained as a minister in Los Angeles, CA in 1995 and has served in local church leadership, administration, music worship, children’s ministry, preaching, evangelism, writing and teaching.  He is a licensed Massachusetts attorney with business background in international commerce and experience in global defense cooperation, multinational and bi-lateral agreements, and international treaty compliance.

Arthur has spent the past 30 years in the defense & electronics industry, living overseas on expatriate assignments for more than half his career in four different countries including ten years in the former Soviet Union (FSU), seven years and counting in the Middle East, and North America.  He has travelled extensively to more than twenty countries across the globe including visits to Israel, Africa, Baltics, Scandinavia, Eastern and Western Europe, FSU and the Mediterranean.

Arthur studied the Russian language at George Mason and The Moscow State universities and is embarking on a Master’s degree in Biblical Languages toward earning a Ph.D. in Biblical Exposition.  He holds an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts from West Los Angeles College; Bachelor degree in Business from American InterContinental University; Executive Education Certificate in Leadership & Influence from the Babson College; and LL.M and Juris Doctorate from Boston University and Massachusetts Schools of Law.
