Arthur Langford III is the Legal, Contracts & Compliance Associate Director at a major U.S. defense company’s foreign branch entity based in Doha, Qatar.  He serves as an embedded strategic partner within highly regulated technology, aerospace & defense, and engineering environments.  Arthur has spent decades in the industry with more than half his career living overseas on seven expatriate assignments in multiple countries in the former Soviet Union (FSU) and the Middle East. He has travelled extensively across the globe including visits to Israel, Africa, Baltics, Scandinavia, Eastern and Western Europe, FSU, North America, and the Mediterranean.

Arthur was licensed and ordained as a minister in Los Angeles, CA in 1995 and has served in local church leadership, administration, music worship, children’s ministry, preaching, evangelism, writing and teaching.  He is an attorney licensed to practice in Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Virginia.

He studied the Russian language at George Mason and The Moscow State universities and is embarking on a Master’s degree in Biblical Languages toward earning a Ph.D. in Biblical Exposition.  He holds an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts from West Los Angeles College; Bachelor degree in Business from American InterContinental University; Executive Education Certificate in Leadership & Influence from the Babson College; a Juris Doctorate from the Massachusetts Schools of Law; and a post-doctorate LL.M from Boston University School of Law.
